Q. What else do I need
to buy to install my new shelf ?
A.
Not a thing. You provide the screwdriver, we furnish everything
else.
Q. How much is
the shipping ?
A. We ship to anyplace in the
continental U.S. for a flat rate of $7. / shelf. Shipping will be
added when you are through shopping and prepare to check out.
Q. Will my sliding shelf mount at the
sides, or at the bottom ?
A.
That depends on the Glide selection you make. The
3/4-Extension and the Full-Extension glides may be mounted at the
side. The Hidden Glides may not be used as side-mounted.

Q. What color is the shelving ?
A.
The wooden sides are unfinished Baltic Birch, ready for you to stain
or use a clear finish, as you wish. The glides are white or silver.
Baltic Birch is a smooth-grained import birch wood that paints up
well, and stains nicely. Baltic Birch is a 9-ply plywood, with
exposed plywood edges except at the very front. The front
edges are edge-banded with white birch real wood edging.
Q. What
if I order the wrong size ?
A.
If you order the wrong size, simply e-mail
us at with the correct size and ask for a return authorization.
Then ship the incorrect shelf back to us. We will send you a new
shelf in the corrected size at no additional charge. (The only
amount you would pay would be the difference in cost if the new size
is in a higher pricing category, and of course shipping.)
Q. How long before I
receive my order ?
A.
Your shelf is manufactured within 15 working days from the time we
receive your order. Shipping time varies from state to state, but
usually takes 4-6 days.
